June is Pride Month!

In Regina Public Schools, we demonstrate our Shared Values that include belonging and respect. As a school division, we are committed to ensuring schools, and workplaces are inclusive and welcoming environments where Gender and Sexually Diverse (GSD) staff, students, families, and allies feel included, protected, and respected. Please join our school community as we celebrate PRIDE MONTH and demonstrate that ALL, however they identify and want to be, are welcome in Regina Public Schools.

System-wide PRIDE DAY is Friday, June 7. More information to follow.

Holi Celebration - March 22

In March our students, staff and community will be learning more about Holi. On Friday, March 22nd at 3:15, Argyle School will participate in the Indian festival Holi. This festival is popularly known as the festival of colors! The festival signifies the victory of good and it marks the arrival of spring and the end of winter.

Preparing for the Winter and Indoor Recess!

We have been blessed with a mild winter thus far but looking ahead the temperatures continue to fall. Please make sure that your student comes prepared for outdoor play. Labelled hats/toques, mittens/gloves, boots and jackets are required. Students will go outside to play at recess times (8:35, 10:30, 12:30 and 2:15) until the temperature is below -25C with the windchill.

Safety Reminders for Argyle School

Thank you to everyone for welcoming all of our staff and students during the first few weeks of this school year.  Staff at Argyle School are so impressed with the enthusiasm of our students and the commitment of our families. We all play an important part in every child’s education and working together is the key to success.  Keeping staff and students safe throughout the school day is our top priority.
