To celebrate International Literacy Day on Monday, September 8, our school community is invited to participate in a Story Walk. The book 'Walking Together' by Elder Albert D. Marshall and Louise Zimanyi will be displayed on the fence along the primary playground facing Lakeview Avenue.
The idea of a story walk is to engage with literature while enjoying nature and moving around. Please take the opportunity to read, notice, observe, share, and listen to both the story and Mother Earth.
We look forward to moving forward this school year in a good way.
