In March our students, staff and community will be learning more about Holi. On Friday, March 22nd at 3:15, Argyle School will participate in the Indian festival Holi. This festival is popularly known as the festival of colors! The festival signifies the victory of good and it marks the arrival of spring and the end of winter.
Students will have the opportunity to learn about the vibrant and joyous festival, as well as come together to throw colored powders. Please keep in mind that if students want to participate in throwing the powders, some darker colors can stain, so dress accordingly.
Argyle School will be providing the powders for each classroom. Families are welcome to send extra powder with their children if they choose. We are looking forward to learning and participating in this colorful festival!
